A 45 minute, pregnancy-safe, full body workout for all fitness levels
Suitable for all trimesters following your 12-week scan until birth.

All classes are in 6 week courses. Choose your course from the options below and checkout to complete your registration. Once registered, you’ll receive an email with all of the information about your first class.

A 45 minute, mum & baby, post-natal workout for all fitness levels
Suitable for mum & baby from your post-natal 6-week check to 12 months old.
