Welcome to the Bump to Baby Fitness community!

Firstly congratulations on the birth of your little one and thank you for signing up to our next course.

Classes are 45 minutes long, I’ll be ready for you 5 minutes before.

Mats are provided for you but please bring anything else to make you and your baby feel comfortable. We suggest bringing a blanket to lie or sit your baby on and a couple of small toys.

The class will be super laid back to allow you to attend to your babies needs. Feel free to feed, change and move around at any time during the session.

Wear something you feel comfortable in and don’t forget to bring some water for yourself!
