BUMP

A 45 minute, pregnancy-safe, full body workout for all fitness levels

Suitable for all trimesters following your 12-week scan until birth.


- Designed to accommodate your ever-changing body and stay active throughout your pregnancy.
- Improves your post-natal recovery.
- Adaptable exercises to suit your stage of pregnancy.
- Laid back atmosphere, guaranteed good tunes and a chance to meet other expectant mums.

All courses run in 6 week blocks. Choose your course from the options below and checkout to complete your registration. Before your course starts you’ll receive an email with all of the information about your first class.

BABY

A 45 minute, mum & baby, post-natal workout for all fitness levels

Suitable for mum & baby from your post-natal 6-week check to 12 months old.

- Designed to strengthen your body after birth in a relaxed environment for you and your baby.
- Adaptable exercises to suit your stage of post-natal recovery.
- A gentle approach to get back into fitness whilst spending time with your baby.
- Laid back atmosphere, guaranteed good tunes and a chance to meet other new mums and babies.

TOTS

A 45-minute full-body workout for you, while your toddler plays alongside

- Toys, bubbles, and space to explore.
- Supportive, welcoming atmosphere for all fitness levels.
- Recommended for 12 months+, but younger babies are also welcome
