Welcome to the Bump to Baby Fitness community!
Firstly congratulations on your pregnancy and thank you for signing up to our next course.
Classes are 45 minutes long, I’ll be ready for you 5 minutes before.
Mats are provided but if you prefer to bring your own then please do.
Wear something you feel comfortable in, trainers or bare foot for the class is fine. Just bring some water with you and we’re good to go!
